I also wanted to look at colour; both of the sealife and the surrounding sea. The deep blues contrasting againt the bright somewhat neon colours is especially appealing and I wonder if this would be an effective tool in creating an interesting and dramatic concept. Some of these coral images have a foreground, midground and background which should prove useful in developing the depth of my painting.
